Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Kecamatan Belik (BPP Belik) merupakan Lembaga penyuluhan pemerintah yang membina para petani di desa Belik. Para petugas PPL (Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan) banyak memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan kepada para petani di Desa Belik. Namun keterlibatan para petani yang mengikuti masih sangat terbatas, mengingat dana dan waktu yang dimiliki oleh BPP Belik juga sangat terbatas. Hal ini menjadikan informasi tidak tersebar merata. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka perlu adanya sistem informasi baru, yaitu berupa Pembuatan website profil Instansi BPP Belik sebagai upaya memberikan alternatif solusi bagi PPL dalam menyebarkan informasi kepada para petani. Pengembangan sistem informasi pada website profil instansi BPP Belik adalah menggunakan metode waterfall. Yang terdiri dari proses analisis, perancangan sistem, desain dan implementasi. Tahap analisis data diperoleh dari proses wawancara dan observasi. Uji coba sistem pada website profil Instansi BPP Belik adalah menggunakan metode black box. untuk menguji tampilan interface. Dengan adanya website profil instansi BPP Belik ini mampu memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai BPP Belik.

Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to have a new information system, namely the creation of a website profile of the BPP Belik Agency as an effort to provide alternative solutions for PPLs in disseminating information to farmers.
